hi mam estimated cost 360k to 500k
Zu aufwendige Außenaufnahmen vom Acker. Wohnraum verglasen und dann mit Möbeln zustellen ( Sofa-Seite), ist Unsinn. Nach links zum Fernseher schauen ist unbequem. Die Treppe könnte ein Geländer haben, das gleichzeitig als Raumteiler genutzt werden kann und dor den Fernseher anbringen. Wozu braucht SOOO ei kleines Haus eine Hinterausgang? Oder für wen🤔? Das Bad hat keine Waschbecken zum Hände waschen nach Toilettebenutzung, die Waschmaschine kann ins Bad unter die Schräge, wenn auf den Hinterausgang verzichtet wird ist Platz für das Waschbecken. Kleines Haus - große Autos 😅, und die Terrasse ist extra eingezäunt, wozu?

I like the back door for two reasons: ventilation and accessibility to line-dry laundry.
