I vote for letting in the sunshine and blue sky! There will be more shade as the beautiful garden matures. I love your garden designs.

Looks beautiful - great job! I think if the owner wait a year or two, the two red buds will grow wider enough to block the neighbours house - and they, them. It is just beautiful to see the blue sky.

I like the openness too (without a 3rd Redbud). I’ve been following this project from the beginning, so thank you for taking us along. It’s been so educational.

Great to see 3-year update. It's fun to see how things fill in. I'm on team-2 rebuds only! :)

The red bud will grow. It seems to be happy with the soil and water. In 2 more years it most likely will be 10 feet wide. I had to prune the canopy up on mine twice already in 5 years, zone 8.

Always love seeing updates on this space! How about instead of another redbud, you do a really tall, skinny evergreen? It may not cover up the house as much, but would have nice architectural interest to distract from the house (plus you'll have some winter interest!).

I would love if you did a video sharing your favorite cultivars of plants. I bought a ruby star coneflower today! I have bought dozens of plants that don’t make it or disappoint. If you could share favorite daisies, salvias, geraniums, coneflowers, etc I would LOVE that! All the other KZreadrs are so tied to Proven Winners and I love your channel showing other plants. Not all of us can get proven winners!

We have a Redbud, and it grew so big it has overtook our yard. Some of our flower beds are covered and other shrubs. We trim it every year, but it's still such a big tree. So my answer is not to plant another tree in the middle.

Lovely combinations and a lot of plants in a small space! The blue paradise phlox has a deep blue colour when it's cool out. When it's hot the blooms look more purple.

Beautiful garden design. I would skip the 3rd redbud tree. They get pretty big and might get too shady for some of the existing plants. My neighbors cat loves to chew on my hakonechloa grasses 😂.

I’d prob also keep with 2 redbuds- of course owners are final judge. PS, Thanks to these videos last year I was inspired to try pink Thunbergia & and it’s growing gangbusters, so pretty! Thank you 😊

Wow this garden was really developed nicely. Personally I wouldn’t add the 3rd redbud. I think it would make the yard feel way too small. However, what ever you do, I am sure it will be stunning - it always does!!

Alla Olkhovska, vendedor de semillas desde Ukraine, ha escrito un e-book que tiene todo que ver con como cultivar las clematis. Se vende en el sitio web de Floret Flower. (Por favor disculpe todos errores 🙃)

Anyone know why my phlox is dying? First one stem wilted and died. Then another and another. Only one healthy stem left. The other phlox are fine. Plenty water and fertilizer. I don’t get it.

I believe 2 redbuds are sufficient. You need that little bit of openness so the garden doesn't feel crowded and small . Just my 2 cents.

No 3rd redbud for me. But, it depends upon the view from where your clients sit. If they're outside alone, and their view is the side of the house, then add another.
