I’m new to the RV life, so I was expecting a demonstration of the sleeping features which wasn’t addressed. Additionally, the abundance of wood cabinetry reminded me of much older designs. Lastly, the 200K MSRP explains why there are so many DIY van conversions.

It looks more like a class B than a C.... and if you are a couple, you would have to put the slide out to use the sofa bed....correct? I didn't see any other bed options. Sometimes, in certain situations, you may not want to use slides. We don't have any slides in our small 5th wheel and love it. I like the corner kitchen, dry bath and Hickory wood. They packed a lot into a small space! The wood looks more homey, especially if you're full-time.

In next video, maybe open the couch so we can see ease of opening the bed and then closing. In bathroom stand in the shower so we get visual of the space available. I was impressed with cabinet style and color. Beautiful interior. This motor home would be at top five on my list of this class. 😊

Everything seemed really tiny. The sleeping arrangements are inadequate for full time travel from the looks of it (even though we never saw what it really looks like in bed mode), forget any visitors or friends over. No space for bringing grandkids along. Heck, I don’t think I want to sleep in that bed.

It’s a shame there’s no drop down bed. The cargo weight is somewhat inadequate and that means there’s no towing capacity. Otherwise I’m really impressed and will definitely want to view one. 😊🌟💫

Phoenix makes a really quality small RV. They are like CoachHouse here in Palm Beach, FL. The only issue I have is that the interior looks dated. At least have an option to give customers a more modern looking interior. I think that would capture a bigger audience. If I'm spending 180-200k and waiting for a build it's gonna be a Leisure.

My folks had a 1987 MH built on a Ford Chassis w 460 Gas motor. It was 24 ft. long by 8 ft. wide, no slide. It has more in its layout than this rig. It had permanent Twin Beds and a Dinette that could be broken down and made into another bed. So it slept 4. I can’t figure out what is taking up all the room in this rig that you couldn’t have any permanent beds.

Looks like a great unit with the rear kitchen and bath. And unfortunately, in typical fashion of most RV videos, the unit is shown with slide already OPEN. Would have liked to see how much space there is with SLIDE IN. would have liked to see the sofa-bed opened. Also, can the sofa-bed be opened with slide in? That would be great if you're stopping somewhere overnight where you can park, but not be allowed to open your slide.

@@EndlessRVing That’s too bad. Ford doesn’t have a very good track record with the Turbos in gasoline powered vehicles. A naturally aspirated engine will always last longer than a turbo. The 302 (5.0L) V8 has been a great engine for Ford since the 60s. And the Diesel engine can go a million miles.

I don't like the fact that there's no actual bed. I think I've seen other Phoenix RVs with a drop down bed. The kitchen is nice. That's a hefty price with no sales price. And the CCC seems low, probably because of all the real wood.

These were great RVs at a good price when they were direct sales to consumers. They still look like nice coaches, but now that they are marketed through RV dealers they are overpriced like everything else out there.

So the only bed is that small sleeper sofa? And the CCC is 1100lbs? Is that including or excluding water and propane? VERY LOW if one considers two large adults may be 450+ lbs, a dog 40 lbs, grill + propane 60 lbs, outside chairs, mat and table 80lbs, water 300 lbs, propane 60 lbs, 2 bikes 60lbs, food 50 lbs, clothes 50 lbs, bedding 30 lbs. Total 1180 lbs!!!

I like how she brings up the OCCC. But 1100 lbs is going to be extremely tight. Not a total veto but a B+ really needs at least 1500. Unless you plan to travel with more than one person, in that case you need a different coach, 1100 won't work. Stop building coaches on the Transit and Sprinter that are too big and heavy for the platform! And don't blame Ford/Mercedes. It's the coach makers making the coach too big and heavy for the chassis.

I have a question. My wife and I were going to trade in a trailer; a 2021 Jayco Jay Flight. We owe 10 grand on it and the dealer offered us 14 grand on the trade. The issue I have is with the payoff. They want to payoff my Jayco and roll that 10 grand into the price of my new trailer. The problem I have with that is I feel like they are buying my trailer from me for 4 grand. We are not upside down on the Jayco. Why are they rolling the payoff over into our new trailer when they are getting the old trailer. I really feel like I'm getting screwed. I feel like they are passing the payoff onto us and only giving us 4 grand for our trailer. Which means when they resale our old trailer they could make as much as 8 to 12 grand; depending on what they resale it for. Plus, they get back from us the 10 grand they used to payoff our trailer. That is a net profit of up to 22 grand. Please someone think this through and help me understand. I am ready to just payoff my trailer to the lender and then I know whatever they give me on trade will be the whole amount going to our new trailer.

In reality they are giving you 4,000 not 14,000. If they were giving you 14,000 they would pay off the 10,000 you owe and the 4,000 would go toward your new RV. Run don’t walk from that dealer as they are being dishonest. You are better off trying to sell privately
