A few updates since this video was recorded: For full disclosure the trademark is pending & my only concern is my exact design with the phrase, not the phrase itself. Once a trademark is approved it is retroactive from the date I filed it so I could sue for loss of profits if I chose to. Etsy did agree that although it is pending it is still my original design so have given me authority over that design. You are such a go getter. I have been a subscriber for years. I have learned how to embroider from you and am amazed at your drive. You get more done in a day than I could in a week!! Your “stronger than the storm” is relatable in a thousand different situations. Don’t let a bad apple spoil your day! I wish I could come up with such a winning saying! Best to you!

I am glad that Etsy is standing behind you and saying you have authority over that design! I would not intentionally copy anyone's design. It is outrageous that even after being told that the trademark is pending - they continue. Wish I still lived in Maryland so I could help you out with embroidering! P.S. I am loving my Melco EMT-16X (still trying to think of a name for her)!

Omg Wednesday and Tuesday is the most stressful with tik tok orders. Hubby and I will be in the shop Tuesday 6am and sometimes not out until 10pm but man I'm so thankful for that platform. My business was struggling before.

It sucks that people always want to copy. That is not right. I was going to say how can you trademark the phrase when I’ve seen other shops use it before you and it was trending due to cancer awareness month. I see that you are trademarking just your design which makes more sense now. People have no integrity specially if you have them the heads up about the trademark. Keep up the good work!

Sue them to prove a point, then the rest will STOP!!!! They have to pay the legal fees too when you sue them!!!! so there is that!! And if they don't have their business incorporated you can sue them for their personal belongs too to get your money!! Don't let people steal from you!! We've had ENOUGH of that!!!
