Remember to price your product so you still make a decent product. The higher quality box and packaging used, the more you spend. These boxes are pretty.

Hello, I am an e-commerce specialist and just wanted to give you a helpful tip. When you pack liquids especially in liquids in glass you never put them on the corners due to damages. If your mail carrier has a delivery driver drop your box or if the weather includes heavy rain depending on where it's going it can break and damage the remaining items on the order from the glass breaking and spills. I highly recommend bagging up your liquids.

Hi, I'm wondering about items with pumps, disc caps and misters. Should these be taped or other? For lotions, face and body mists, washes. We've been shipping for awhile and I think we are over packing/protecting our items!

Hey! I thought I'd respond as an experienced business owner. Firstly, remember the golden rules for increasing sales and building brand awareness: Know, Like and Trust. Know - work on making sure you're posting on your chosen social media platform daily, use hashtags that aren't saturated and relates to your business/products. Try not to use the same hashtags for each image you upload, the algorithms don't like that and will decrease your rank in the search engine/suggestions on explore pages. Also apart of knowing is showing your face to your potential customers, whether that's through Instagram posts or stories. Share clips of your working day/packaging orders, new products, making your products, etc. (There's a lot more to this, but it would be a large message). Like - Encourage engagement/comments by asking questions in your Instagram posts. Share video related content and show that you're having fun building your brand. Liking is huge because it keeps potential customers around. After a few weeks of testing you'll know what kind of content your audience and your chosen social media platform likes. Engagement is vital. Trust - this ties into knowing by sharing who you are, why you're running this business and making sure that your products are high quality, your photography is clear and high quality, your website is easy to use and professional. Also remember to build and email list, so you can stay on contact with your customers. Always follow-up with an email after purchase to ask for a review or share new products, etc. Building a business isn't easy, no matter what sector you're in. You can't just build and then they'll show up as people like to say, you have to do the work. And sometimes you'll feel frustrated and irritated, but remember why you started and remind yourself that each experience is a learning curve. Everyday is littered with lessons and opportunities, so take a minute to rest and then get back to it. You'll have rough days, it's normal. You'll feel like quitting, that's normal. A lot of business owners like to share their best moments and not their worst, but the worst happens to all of us. Pick yourself up and keep pushing towards your goal, that's what we all do. Sending positive energy your way!! 💛

You don't need ice packs, it will not melt as you think

So did you buy the boxes from ULINE and had stickermule print your logo on it for you or what? I’m a bit confused about that part of the video

you should definitely be using at least clear packing tape. it's not worth risking

I have seen some people seal it with clear taper, others put the box inside a mailbag... I am also scared the products can come out easily.
