Villeda Enterprises is owned and ran by Husband and Wife. Selvin and Josephina Villeda
Hi, I wanted to do the same thing you do but for Fort Worth. Do you ask the builder permission to film before you go there?

Spoke to builder today. They only do spec homes and website is not available just yet. This team only consist of husband and wife. They usually purchase land build house and put it on the market.

@@KMYACANIECE They build a lot in Terrell because land is cheap. I stumbled across them on Zillow.
