Need help with the sold out malfunction. It won't tell the customer the product is sold out

I know this is late, but it's because the drink sold-out flap is missing the sold-out switch. You can fix this by bending the smaller piece of metal to the right of the larger piece of metal that is supposed to hit the sold-out switch.

Bend the small piece inward to prevent the drink sold out flap from going in too far and missing the switch

Same issue we are having won’t tell our customers item Is sold out 😮 please help

I know this is late, but it's because the drink sold-out flap is missing the sold-out switch. You can fix this by bending the smaller piece of metal to the right of the larger piece of metal that is supposed to hit the sold-out switch. Bend it inward so that it prevents the sold-out flap from going in too much and missing the switch
