Gg......grabehh ang difference mula sa April hanggang May ahhh.. Pang compliment tlaga ang building para sa Downtown Cagayan de Oro.. Kulang nalang ang urban planning sa place na ito... Dapat i relocate ang shanty homes sa uptown then lagyan ng puno bawat sidewalk mula sa marcos bridge papunta sa last part of street of c.m. recto.. then lastly the drainage system for the whole downtown para hinde hassle sa mga manlalakbay at iimplement ang harsh penalty para sa di pagsunod ng proper disposal para sa whole cdo lalo na ang downtown... FOR A BETTER NOW AND IN THE FUTURE CAGAYAN DE ORO...

You have a point, but relocating the shanties to uptown might not work so well with the people there hehehe. I suggest rather relocating them to Bulua, the empty lands around Westbound Terminal. That place has got to be developed and I think this is a good way of doing it. Uptown is very developed at this point by all these subdivisions and it might get even more crowded in a bad sense if all these squatters would get relocated there.

BJ Alex i mean nga didto cla i transfer sa lumbia kai halos empty kau didto nga lugara.... Kai ug sa bulua man gud kai hapit na gaka himog buisness district didto murag diversion na sa downtown kai naa nay citymall ug gaisano didto. Aside sa westbound terminal, public market ug fish market naa puy himuon nga condo didto somewhere sa bulua.

Huges changes but AT the back poor people and street children sufffering from poverty ,this is the same happen in cebu big buildings and lots of malls nice hotels AT the back 85 % great defference from Poorest to richest people! manila is even so, makati a very developed City AT the back People living in cementary and lots of street children wow this is crazy

Sos Hindi Naman maiiwasan Yan sa mga highly urbanized cities Lalo na kung progressive Ang Isang city dadagsain Yan ng maraming dayo para magtrabaho at magnegosyo.

I am not so impressed with the concept. Nice building. But nature is imbalanced. So densed. No enough space for fresh air. Like SM Lanang Davao, they are are so much generous in space, a huge parking lot, great lobby/atrium and sorrounded by gardens and thats refreshing.
