The image of Murray slowly being lowered in the background of Sly and Carmelita's dance still cracks me up like it did when I was a kid, oh nostalgia 😂

Sly Cooper series is unironically a masterpiece. For a game that was made so long ago most missions are really well designed with decent difficulty for it to be fun. Story is quite strong, and the bond it makes you have with the game is really amazing. Till this day it stays in the top 3 games of my life.

I see what you are getting at, but I felt like Sly 2 was where the series found its niche. Sly 1 could have been a forgotten N64 platformer with how it was designed. Not bad, but feels a bit primitive. Unfortunately Sly 3 went in a weird direction. I never tried Sly 4.

I can’t begin to explain the nostalgia just a minute into it. I miss being a kid. It’s bad to say but that’s the last time I was happy lol

This and sly 3 brought me so much happiness as a kid. Helped me through alot of depression and anxiety. I've replayed the entire series at least 15 times. One of the best game series ever imo. Wish they'd make a new game or finish the movie they were working on. We miss you sly, thanks for my childhood.

2019 Anyone? Such a phenomenal game. It's a massive step up from the first game; great music, play as three different characters, crazy missions and locales. One of the best games ever made imo.

This has always been my all time favorite video game series from my childhood. I started it during the first shutdown in the US, but would get stuck and give up. Then I discovered this. I want to thank you because whenever I want to give up, I turn to this video for a little insight. Also, the fact that there is no commentary and its one continuous video... beautiful, a masterpiece, *chefs kiss*. Well done!!

This game was ahead of its time. For 2002, it had some pretty insane graphics and mechanics. It was also just a completely different kind of game from other games that were out at the time. We mostly had scrollers and fighting games. Sly Cooper was this storyline, action, puzzle game.

This game came out 15 years ago. It feels like it was yesterday. Such nostalgia!

5:50:53 up until this moment I never realized this was a reference to "The Shining". I'm rewatching the series as an adult now and my god... The little details

It's one of my all-time favorite games on the PS2.

I played this game as a child. I gotta say that RC helicopter mission in A Starry Eyed Encounter was absolute HELL. Collecting the loot and clue bottles to open up the vault were my favorite features of this game! So many memories!

Sly cooper + Ratchet & Clank + Jak & Daxter = best childhood ever

The Paris level is amazing. I wish they'd do a Lyon one in the future, where the Interpol World Headquarters are actually located, and it even has two rivers that could serve as a level barrier

When I look at this game I always have this feeling of nostalgia and wish to be a child again. The best game of all time.

Fun fact: Neyla’s voice actress is currently voicing Samus in super smash.

Well, if there's no misions or places to sneak in, there's no fun (or plot)

Omg I used to love this game! Every sound and the way Sly moves is bringing a lot back.

14:12 those climbing sounds going to music is just ingenious.

This game deserves a heavy remaster.

A remake of this series would make serious bank, don’t know why it hasn’t been done yet. Beats the several failed games we have nowadays

This is my favorite video game of all time. I’ll always remember this game and the fun I had on it.

*Sly Cooper, Jak And Daxter* and *Ratchet & Clank.* The Holy Trinity of Remastered, released on PS3. NOT Exist (for me) better games than these three on PS3. I could give up all PS3 games, but not these three timeless masterpieces.

Aki Fx I enjoyed the majority of the game but I agree with you on that. Especially the final boss paradox or whatever his name was, that was a terrible final fight

Yes but only sucker punch make it so they will maintain the old style of trilogy for me sly 4 was good but nothing better than the old ones

Use to play this as a kid, replayed the 3 games during quarantine, this game will always be perfect.

Oh boy,first time seeing Bentley without the wheelchair before sly 3

This brings backs good memories. Fun times, I just realized Bentley sounds a little like Lester from gta 5

I thank my parents for having me born at the right time. I was born in a time when games were made with passion and above all they were fun. I enjoyed the entire Sly, J&D and R&C trilogy and I'm proud of it. I'm sorry for all those children who will grow up with mediocre games like Fortnite, without knowing the true Playstation masterpieces.

Oohh "The Murray" was the best part of this game

We got Crash Bandicoot remaster, we got Spyro remaster, now its time for this classic to be revisited.
