The water is supposed to go in with the ice and salt. The syrup should be pre diluted. The canister should be put in the freezer for an hour before even starting the machine.

The salt is to lower the melting point of ice so it doesnt melt as quick. The salt doesnt actually meet the slush mix lol

Of course it makes it in the drink, once it's in its in. Also the syrup has more salt I expect. Shop SP machines use SP own sweetened water mix, and the machine does the freezing. This is basically poisonous, imo.

pity you did not read instructions properly ,the water after salt ,you put in wrong hole, and you putt too much syrup in .READ the instruictions
