What a good bike the cub has been over the yrs, was the 1st bike I stepped through while at a young delinquent stage not knowing how it worked. Jumped on it and revved the nuts out of it while slamming it into first gear, took off with a massive wheelie with my friend billy on the back who screamed in terror. He fell off about 10 yards up the field and I bite the deck not long after. I howled with laughter and it still brings a smile too me thinking about it 😆

What a great 👍 story man I am so excited to get my first motorcycle next week 😊

I’m 62 years old and gave up the bikes 18 years ago, never completely cured of bike madness I kept looking and drooling. With this superb looking honda cub, I can no longer resit, Its perfect in every way for my idea of modern biking. retro without it being “middle class” environmentally sound, fun and go anywhere anytime functionality, and you don’t have to polish the chrome every weekend.

Thats funny, my very 1st bike I rode was the C90 and was off road, over fields thinking it was a motocross, and it took mega abuse, but still kept going. It brings back great memories, and after 35 years bought another one, and original, and went around scotland on it, now been sold, I would like to get a new one now, great bikes, and all you do is smile. all it needs is a kick start and spokes instead of alloy wheels.

It looks so much better than the Hunter Cub IMO that it was a no brainer for me .

The world could end, but the "Old" Super Cub would still be AAAAAAAAA Live. Enjoy it to death, bomb proof, blast proof, and still as sweet as it could be, live long, and multiple...

for me personally i prefer the old design, that seems lacking in character compered, but obviously the test shows it can still do the do and its personal preference at the end of the day,thanks for the outtake at the end getting wacked by branches back in the day it takes me back...

Nice quiet little test drive I bet the dealership will be happy when they see this😁

I’m not sure but I’d say it’s very likely there are.

When? this super cub available in the philippines?

Does somebody know which parts from ct125 are fitting to the super cub? Maybe tires, exhaust, shocks?

Thanks for this concise and excellent video review! And the music was perfect, too! :D I'm on the fence between this Super Cub and the Trial 125... I'm 5'2, so maybe the Super Cub would fit me better.

Thanks Marcelo, I’d try sitting on both at your local Honda dealer. The Cub isn’t heavy so even if height is an issue you may well be able to manage it ok.

The remote ignition puts me off buying this machine. What if the fob battery goes flat or it breaks? You’re stranded.

ScooterLab.UK It’s looking like a great bike. I’ve had four 90s and a 70 since 1982 and this one is much better. I was looking at one last week. But a wireless key is inherently less reliable than a metal key. Maybe I worry too much. It’s probably fine.

Hooligans! I’d love to see you do that on a Piaggio X10 or similar. Brilliant video. Next time bring your mates and go three up like we used to do on an old c50 down at Southampton dockyards. Best regards Scoots

Interesting it looks a bit to low for off-road use. Does it have some bash plate underneath?

What do you suggest to customize the cub if you plan to use if off-road most of the time, besides tires?

No respect for the Super Cub !!

Here in the states it’s classified as a motorcycle Not a scooter

Svendura it’s because lots of Cubs have been used off road over the years. Usually by youngsters scrambling their dad’s old C90.

Is cheap/light/and makes you smile.. and it handle so better in offroad for a small bike. If you have one of these.. you will want to take it in the woods.. just becouse it feels like a BMX with motor on it.

I bet you wouldn't do that if you owned it. Inconsiderate.
