Slower music has often helped me think more slowly and critically, and faster music has often given me more anxiety. I tried looking up "slow piano music" and the pace was still way too fast so it's good to be reminded once again that jazz has the slow end of the spectrum covered.

It's funny you say that I was thinking the same thing so I typed in specific key words to find the slowest jazz I could search out and the same ones I already listen to showed up and I started thinking what do I do now?hahaha 😄

I used to do this too back then. but not anymore since most of my friend's parent did the exact same thing for a while. one thing I learned from it is a prolonged coffee consumption at midnight could risk you a cardiac arrest.

@@PrinceGummy Yeah coffee at midnight is a horrible idea, coffee keeps you up for at least 12 hours so that just completely messes up your rest/sleep

soothing and relaxing...creates a whole different aura when studying, especially when its drizzling outside
