I played the Buffalo Ascension for the first time on a penny machine max bet $5 as I saw the super stampede maxed and the 2 side stampede 1 below max. I put in $1,000 but couldn’t get the super stampede to hit so I gave up $700 down after I hit a $280 line hit with the regular stampede. Guess we never know as these meters are just visual and doesn’t necessarily mean that it will hit soon as I took at least 400 spins after the super stampede was already maxed.

@@jbkg5898 I think that when I started this game in a advantageous state, but me not being an AP player, I was supposed to quit after I was down only $100 and the machine was no longer in an advantageous state. I made the mistake of chasing the middle Super Stampede.

You are playing ascension wrong. Second reel is more valueable than you are assigning it.

Thats just 1 way of advantage play. Advantage play is leveraging any hole in the slot machine to tip the odds more in your favor. For instance, playing a game that pays out a certain amount of wilds after a succession of 10 spins. Sometimes people will get up on the 9th spin and leave a bunch of wilds on the screen so on the next spin. The player will benefit of getting a bunch of wilds after only 1 spin. Or the buffalo link game where the game will automatically give you a bonus after hitting a certain amount of buffalos colleected.

@@Storytime22297 Do those instances make the slot +EV? If so then I agree with you, if not then there only "advantage" is that you lose less, which could be described as an advantage (of sorts) but is not what is commonly known as advantage play for slots.

The term amongst the many of us who do it just simply means to give yourself the advantage over the house. if you spin 1 time and get a screen full of wilds that is 50x your initial bet because you leverage a loophole in the machine. Thats an advantage play. You can play for a must hit by progressive too and still lose a lot of money since those must hit by progressive’s go up a penny for every $10 you spend. Even if you sit down $2 before it hits and the machine doesn’t want to pay it out until the full dollar amount. You’re still going to lose.

I’m saying thats not the only way to advantage play slots and that advantage play is any loophole on any slot you can use to tip the odds more in your favor like the wild games that trigger after 10 spins.

Wrong. All kinds of slots have variable states where the EV can be higher or lower than the overall return. Some of these states are above 100% return to player. The states, such as a progressive jackpot increase your overall return even though your odds of getting a specific group of symbols is entirely random.

@@ligafftheindifferent3495 did you ever realize that progressives that start getting close to the 'must win by' amount entire more play and therefore more losers than the one winner? and the winner? yeah, they happen to be the random one to win. the only way there could be EV is if you knew exactly how many hits of that button are required for the progressive to pay. and you don't/can't know that. therefore, as i said, there is no such thing as an EV in a slot machine.

You are not advantage playing Buffalo Accession. That game should not be touched until it is is it at least 3136 ways. When you you have two open lines to stampedes or bonuses that’s when you should play that game. I like the 3x5 bonus but if it is on the bottom and the game is closed up it is not time to play that game. The game you played at the end you did have an advantage. The only mistake was you could have raised your bet and won even more money.

The last game he played the bags were filled but that's not really an advantage play that's just for looks it just means somebody dumped some money into it and haven't hit the bonus yet it doesn't mean you will you can put $100 in there and sometimes those bags won't pop and then you have to put another hundred in and then they pop and you win 40 bucks believe me it happens with coin Trio the Piggy game not Little Rich Piggies but some other ones this game is not a true Advantage play game I've studied Advantage play for months now watch hundreds of videos and played 6 hours a day for 2 months six different casinos and I'm crushing them games like this are just teasers you probably won't win over time
