My friend wanted to see a metal concert so i took her to Cannibal with Archenemy, Krisiun, and Diabolic. She hadn't even heard death metal before but she immediately sussed out that Krisiun is insane fast and that Diabolic is second tier. No disrespect, just saying that was well known when Dawg was a pup.

Aantar was also in a Maryland Band called Horror of Horrors. I first saw them when they opened for the Cannibal, Cynic, Sinister tour (maybe ‘94). The Sounds of Erie record is pretty good but they were even better live.

I had friends who listened to nu metal and Icp, but I grew up playing guitar and listening to classic rock so I was drawn to older thrash and death metal when nu metal was new, because the lack of riffs and solos made it hard to stimulate my teenage brainski Blind is a pretty cool song. ASAHI "super dry" is a bit of a strange duck...as long as it's ice fuckin' cold and poured into a glass it's likely the most refreshing beer in existence. Good news? Hey Rick, have you ever seen The Bat (1926) directed by Roland West? That was a "lost film" for decades, but sometime in the late 80's a print was found, possibly the last in existence. 👉🏻👉🏻Getting to the point, a fundraiser has been set up to restore it and put it out on blu-ray and it looks as if the goal amount has already been met. They want it released by Halloween, so keep an eye out for that. Or is that a movie you're not into? It's probably my favorite silent film, except for maybe Nosferatu.

Nattens madrigal is maybe the best Norwegian black metal album not made by Mayhem, Darkthrone or Emperor. Enthroned is solid but they could never write an album like Ulver did.

I dread that Dawg's show next year is set for financial disaster, according to yesterdays vid "312 tickets at 55 dollars per" that totals up to $17,160. However he DM'd me yesterday and said "the shows gonna cost more than 17K btw".🤷🏻‍♂ And wasn't he bragging about being able to calculate change in his head while working the register at Mickey D's just a few vids back???🤔

Dude, what the fuck? Abigor is so raw and experimental, Channeling the Quintessence of Satan, Supreme Immortal Art, extremely different albums, as KVLT as it gets, brah. Go check them out again. Might have picked a worse album, as all of them are different. If you can't recognize the songs apart, it's on you
