Really enjoyed the video. Best part of all this, is that you get to hangout with your brother and make some memories. Ya'll stay safe and miss ya 😁

Did you consider the Alu Cab Canopy Cabin vs Khaya 4? The Taco and Khaya setup looks slick 👏

Yes, sir...he looked at the much lighter and cheaper canopy camper set up. But, felt the canopy camper was a bit more permanent on his truck. Not really designed to take on and off conveniently. He dailys his truck and would lose the functionality of his bed with the canopy on all the time. Thanks for watching!

love this topic, going through the pros and cons in my own head isnt as good as hearing it from the real world. TK 4.7 is what im looking at used at the moment. Overkill is re-designing their 4.7 to more like the SO 5.10 for late 23 release. would you buy the TK again?

Of the designs that I researched (and there were lots)...the TK checked most of the boxes I was looking for. I wanted as light as possible with some amenities. It's not without its flaws...but, with a Jeep as a tow vehicle, I was limited. Would I buy it again? If I'm towing with a jeep...probably. If I had a vehicle with more towing capabilities...I might look into something a little more substantial. Overkill and the TK have good quality in most of the trailer. But, I think there is a lot of room for improvement.

Been wanting the tk47 for awhile, does it feel pretty planted on the trails? Since it’s more narrow than a 5ft wide trailer from other makers

I did a couple other vids on my tk47...honestly, it does bounce more than I like. It only weighs 1200 lbs on a 3500 lb timbren suspension, so, expect some bounce. I have to go slow over the larger rocks and rougher terrain. But...it WILL go anywhere my jeep goes! Thanks for watching!

They are pretty close in price...give or take a couple thousand...about $30,000 for either one. Thanks for watching!

That's a hard question to answer...I still have my trailer. I don't have a truck, so a slip in wouldn't work anyway. But, even if I did, not sure if I would commit my truck to that level of camping. My brother still has his set up and still enjoys it. We had a good time out there and we both preferred what we had. Of course, pros and cons to both...it just depends on how you want to transport your gear. I guess, I preferred my trailer, and he preferred his slip in. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching!
