Slimming World 5 Lunch ideas to take to work, perfect for weight loss. I always have a more successful week when I am planning for weight loss in advance. These healthy recipes make enough portions for healthy batch cooking for the freezer for another day so saves time meal planning.
LUNCH IDEA NUMBER 1 - Syn Free
FALAFELS (adapted from the Slimming World Recipe online)
healthy
2 x 225g tins of chickpeas
Onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 small red chilli
half a tsp baking powder
6-8 tbsps water
