Thank u for showing these. I tweaked it by premixed ingredients in bowl before spreading on bread rolls. Outcome...blinked and they were gone! Love this bulk cooking❤

I am DIGGIN this video. It's full of EASY TO MAKE & YYUUMMY slider sandwich recipes. And, they all look simply DEEE-LICIOUS!! They're esp perfect for busy weeknights and they make for great leftovers for lunch next day. Plus, there are so many different sandwich ideas you cannot get bored of them. Thanks loads for sharing. Made the Chicken Parm. for a 'holiday get-together' with friends. Was very well received! I used garlic powder instead and mixed ingredients in bowl before-hand. Also, I went a little longer with the cooking time - just about 23 minutes, instead of 20. Made a double batch for about 10 people - no leftovers, but lots of compliments :) Thanks!

Brook Nook - Oh, Ok. I gotcha What I do is : I double the meat-cook it for 35 min. Then I brush the buns, and only bake them for like 10-12 min. They always work out perfect !! Ps. I don't use cheese slices-instead I melt velveeta with a little milk (or use cheez wiz)on meat before the last bake Best of luck to you !!

In the video they make an equivalent with pizza dough. Or you can make your own bread dough people have been doing it for thousands of years. They didn't have supermarkets or the internet, but you do.

I think they use regular bread rolls, I reckon they just say dinner rolls to be fancy.

You could make up some yeast bread dough and bake it in a big rectangle. Then proceed as per the recipe. It doesn't have to start as separate rolls, you're going to cut it up at the end anyway.

I had the same thought. That's how I would do it. Maybe they wanted to keep the video simple, and figured most people would be smart enough to go the bowl route for mixing the sauces into the meat.

I would use chicken strips instead of rotisserie chicken for the chicken parm sliders. That would probably work for the buffalo ones, too.
