In this video Slick 50 shows the proper techniques to repair doors that have been very badly cobbled up. These 1932 Ford Three Window doors are impossible to find. Original doors are rare, and reproductions are no longer being reproduced.

3:42 man a few door closing from my wife and that sucker would have been in pieces. Good on you for seeing this and fixing it instead of covering it up.
Slick does it the right way,body man fixes . Anyone can slap mud on the car, truck or whatever. Back in the 80s I took a body shop class Mr. Johnson , retired body man taught the class. Old skool , true body man fixes dents wrinkles,bent up panels, any one can slap mud on grind on metal make it look decent.

Your skill at joining metal and making the joint disappear is incredible! I've seen other car shows where the camera records about five seconds and then - presto, it's all done. Your detailed explanation and full length recording is SO HELPFUL to understand how the process works. I'm really enjoying this!

@OKspeedandcustom yeah, went through divorce at 24 and had to let it go. Life happens. Still love them. I think I paid $750 for the cab and doors back then. It was a deal. Love all the 32 fords but the pickup was my favorite. Didn't matter full body, with or without fenders, regular box, flatbed, heck even a fuel hualer. Just enjoy the look.
