One way to work on positive thoughts is to find songs with affirmations in them! I am at currently starting at the stage where just saying affirmations is still very awkward, but when it is in the lyrics it’s a very different feeling - songs I recommend are “just like magic” and “POV” by Ariana grande, “I am” by baby Tate
