I was depressed because I was striving to be perfect. I'm a medical laboratory science student, and I wanted to study for 7-8 hours every day, workout six times a week, get up so fucking early every day, and learn three languages, among other things, because of what we see on social media, but thank you so much for making me realise that what I thought was unrealistic and possibly impossible. I just caused myself suffering. I'm going to try to be easy on myself. Thank you very much, girl.
