I fucking LOVE this song. I remember hearing it in the early '90s on the local rock station here in Chicago but never caught wind of who the band was. It took me nearly a decade to finally find the song and the band (remembering only the refrain of the song and asking everyone I knew). That may sound ridiculous, but there were no Google lyric searches back then. There wasn't even a Google. lol. It was worth the wait.

No mate. We split up in 1996. Some of the guys formed "Jetland" and some went on playing in "The Moon". There is still hope for a reunion tour though. I'll keep you posted.

I would strongly disagree … if you go to almost every sporting event, especially hockey, they play a lot of 80s materials in between interruptions (TV time outs, etc.). So, 80s music has actually survived quite well.
