Very Interesting video. What type of Orthotic would you recommend for a guy with Biltateral Talipes? Both my ankles were fused when I was a kid (I'm 64 now) I've very little calf muscle and both my ankles and knees are riddled with Arthritis. I can only walk nowadays with crutches but even these are hopeless!

So my residual limb has been healed and healthy for several months - and i just got my first prosthesis. In the tester i was balanced and felt i could take off running (prosthestist wouldn't let me), the 'real' one? Not so much. I hop on it with a walker, and the end of my residual limb isn't even close to the bottom of the socket (there's over a 1 inch gap), not to mention that my limb is more of a cone/football shape and the socket more like a square bowl. I was told I'd get used to it? I can't even stand without support in it, yet with the tester i could bend at the waist, twist, reach, etc,. and it felt natural! Does this seem right to anyone?
