There is no pinhole Latex inside its just a foam. You did not show the foam layers clearly - since it can be unzipped - you should have shown it. Mattress is overall soft.

Recently, I purchased a Wakefit latex mattress to address my back pain issue. However, I find it to be softer than expected, and it makes a sound when I change sleep positions. Is this normal, or should I consider returning the mattress? If returning is advisable, could you please suggest a good hybrid latex mattress that provides adequate support for my back pain?

My advise would be to not buy SleepyCat Hybrid Latex mattress. I'm using it for last 2 days and it's making sound/noise while changing sleeping position. Upper latex layer seems to be making weird sound/noise

It's not latex, they are advertising as latex but is foam layer on the top, I have returned it because of that, they are cheating in the of latex

Nah.. i’ve been using latex mattress by sleepycat for 2 years now.. still as good as new.. i even bought the same for my parents and they are loving it… since it has about 2 inches of latex, it doesn’t sag like other memoryfoam mattresses.. i would recommend buying ones with latex. The memoryfoam ones sucks…
