He had dementia when he ran for his first term. Let’s face it , he was an awful VP so he was going to be just as horrid as a president and when you add in dementia he’s a nightmare!

Actually, Joe was not running in that 1/2 second clip, the cameraman was jumping up and down and jiggling his camera :)

All this makes us, necessarily, ask ourselves a question, who is really governing the country if the president even has to be accompanied to the bathroom so that he does not leave without cleaning himself properly? Are they governing people who have not been democratically elected by American citizens?
