Sleep to my Art! Watercolor Sunset Landscape Painting Demo for Relaxing! Fall Asleep Video ASMR
Do you have trouble sleeping? Do you watch art and coloring KZread videos to help fall asleep?
More than a few people have mentioned to me that my videos are helping them sleep - and same was said to my dear friend Isabell of Passionistacolorista! Check out her channel here: / @passionistacolorista9576
So, we decided to team up and start a new series of videos geared specifically for the purpose of helping others relax and hopefully sleep.
This project is not just intended for the two of us to create videos - but rather, we invite you to also create your own videos to help promote sleep, and simply title it Sleep to my Art so they are easy to find! If you're on IGTV, use the hashtag #sleeptomyart to join in over there!
There's no rules about what kind of art you do, or what kind of video you make, as long as it's created with the specific intention to help others sleep.
In this way, hopefully our worldwide collective artistic creativity can also become a sleep aid to all those many who struggle with stress, anxiety, and lack of sleep. Art heals!

Her voice is AMAZING and so relaxing to listen to!! She uses soft, lovely music in her video as well! I love her beautiful mandala coloring too! Highly recommended!!

In this video I create a watercolor sunset landscape painting with a sunset sky over a gentle body of water. I didn't plan or script this video, but just let the paint and the words flow as they came. This process was extremely relaxing for me, and I hope for you too! Whether you're here to sleep, or to see how I did it, I hope you like it!

Do you have any idea what a beautiful idea this is and how much you are helping people not just fall Asleep but for the people that are creative also and they have a sleeping talent of painting or drawing inside of them.. maybe a sort of artists block is happening and you are inspiring them to begin again. Please continue to do this this is a beautiful thing that you’re doing for people. You have such a gift❤️ I subscribed and can’t wait to actually try this when I am home. I stumbled upon your video while out on a vacation on a rainy night peeking through you tube with nothing else to do: it’s a little too distracting right now for me to try this but I am so intrigued and in it lol
