new goal: have a pijama party/sleepover with alexa

For me to sleep well, the room must be cold. The colder the better. A weighted blanket is like a giant body hug. A daily nap is a necessity. Since I live in Southern California I have eye shades and an app that simulates rain. Very cozy.
