You can absolutely have unconditional love AND judgement- simultaneously. How? Through forgiveness. Judgement can include punishment as well. In the same way a loving parent punishes their misbehaving child, yet forgives them. The punishment is infact done through love, as it's for the child's greater good. No punishment when due, means no learning, which means greater pains later on. Karma is not accrued unjust judgement, it's a beautiful thing.

I've had many episodes of sleep paralysis. Not more than a week ago, I tried to prevent one. I know when it is going to happen when I'm just falling asleep, I can feel it. Something strange happened with this episode that has never happened before. I said to myself, as it was happening, get up, move, and shake this off. Move!! My body stayed on the bed and I was fully awake. My soul or spirit left my body and turned around only to realize that I had not moved with it. It reconnected with me and I said let's try this again. It happened the second time, My spirit looked back at me again and I was watching me watch my body. We reconnected and this time I was able to move and I sat in the chair at my desk. I kept asking myself, over and over again, WHAT JUST HAPPENED? I wondered what would have happened if I had not reconnected to my body. You've given me food for thought.

It sucked to have this stuff happen to me back in the 80's, growing up in a traditional, repressed family environment. The sleep paralysis was terrifying and only penetrated through it once, seeing a ballroom scene from the 19th Century on the backs of my eyelids. Came under brutal, dark, spiritual attack and had no guides. Same when an awakening experience later happened at 25. The guilt and repressed emotions all came flooding up to be processed. I was treated with fear by family and friends, as just another mental case.

I’ve had Astro projection from childhood I just didn’t know that is what it was. I would be in a dream state and witnessed other people’s lives and conversations with precise accuracy. Along having déjà vu almost on a daily bases. I have never been able to control it nor did I know that it was even possible. I’m grateful to hear your story and learn more. Couple things really resonated with me. Growing up very religious it’s hard to separate the dogma from the truth. You stated everyone on the other side is naked and unashamed with no judgment. Here in this life we hid ourselves, cover ourselves and who we really are. It reminded me of of Adam and Eve and when they realized they were naked and hid themselves from source. Could you share some wisdom on that story?

I saw this podcast come up on KZread and skipped past it. It kept showing up and I felt a need to watch it, a clear sign from the other side. First of all, how nice to find an Aussie podcast on this subject. I'm now in my early 60s and in my early 20s I started having sleep paralysis experiences, not that often, but around twice a week to twice a month. Then it basically stopped and happened a few times a year. It was a concern because I thought it was a medical condition, my mind woke up but I could not move by body at all, I had to wait for it to become mobile which would take around 1-2 minutes. In my 40s I had an afternoon nap and suddenly woke up and for a split second could feel "me" get sucked back into my body. I thought wow I must have just been astral travelling. I only wish I understood then what is being discussed in this podcast. I am the daughter of a minister of religion and it never felt right to me. My Mum said I was very shy, even hiding under her skirt to avoid some people, but I realise now that I am an empath and can feel people's energies, for a young child that would be scary. I can feel very clearly when I'm near people what they are feeling and recently experienced. I feel the energies of beings around me, I hear them when I need to. I had three things happen to me as a young child that I can replay clearly in my mind. Since 2022 things are finally being revealed to me that ties everything together and it's all starting to make sense. I'm learning more and more and it just feels right.

I started smoking weed years ago cus it helped stop the paralysis.. now that I’ve been on this spiritual path, I’m starting to realize I need to stop smoking everyday and possibly all together to reach the full potential of this human experience , and after watching this, it confirms I need to face the paralysis once again. I used to fear it, then I started treating it with anger to face it, and it wasn’t pleasant, then learned to go within without fear . Now I only get it rarely but when I do I’m usually chill or screaming in anger to wake myself. Now I want to treat it with full surrender and faith in the Devine and experience what I’m supposed to experience. But I need to stop the weed to get there I think

I would turn my head to look away, and the minute I’d try to turn and face him his growl would get louder. One day I got tired of that happening all the time and got really angry and decided I’m gonna beat his a$$. I lost all fear, and after that he went away for a year. Now, he comes around playful and wagging his tail. Lose the fear!

Hearing this creates a lot of peace and calm in me, about everyone playing their parts and the event markers will happen no matter what. It's such a relief. I have been on an awakening path for more than 20 years and not in the last few months but before that I've started to feel a bit like come on it's past time for me to fully awaken to become my full self. And through this conversation I have realized that as long as I am not withholding anything I am being my full self. I have been following Darius from one interview to the next, since yesterday when I came upon one of his interviews and Iv been very interested in everything that he has to say. I have just found recently a guided session teaching you how to deeply relax and than how to allow the body to fall asleep while the mind stays awake just a few days prior and have been practicing it every day since. Now when that finally happens I will understand what's going on and be able to handle it better. By the way it uses hemi-sync aka binaural beats to make the process a bit faster.

I only "attempted" the OOB experience One time & it was very successful. After that one, all of my OOB experiences were just spontaneous. But this first one, I remember clearly hearing a "click" --it seemed somewhere around my neck area and then I was completely OUT & floating in the air to the destination that I had requested.---I had asked for a place that was safe & where I felt safe & somewhere which would be good for the First time--for a beginner. That was where I also learned by experience that "telepathy" was the language & that those people heard everything I thought. I became very embarrassed but they didn't care at all. In fact, they giggled at me ! Not in a bad way --at all. They thought that I was amusing . .

When I was a child and teenager, I have had numerous paranormal experiences. I don't have them as much anymore, but I still consider myself an intuitive person and will readily listen to that voice provided my ego doesn't get in the way. I used to have sleep paralysis episodes, along with out of body sensations. I remember wandering around my house in spirit while asleep, being lucid. I remember hearing a plane high above my house, but very clearly. I felt myself riding upwards to meet it, but I slammed back into my body when my fear kicked in. Twice I awoke with a start when I felt a presence in my room. The second time I saw a man's face hovering above me for just a second, then it was gone. Another time I heard a man's voice clearly say "Wake up" followed by a woman's name that I did not recognize. He said it several times. My mother said it was just the neighbors, but they never sounded like they were in the room with me. One time was exceptionally frightening to me. I was sleeping on my side, because sleeping on my back seemed to invite sleep paralysis, but I still had an episode. I heard a male voice whispering in my ear. It sounded like a foreign language, but the tone was unmistakenly hateful, like I was being cursed at. I don't think the voice had anything to do with the face I saw and the first voice, though. It was something different. There was no feeling of malevolence associated with the face, and the first voice was intimate and even loving, like a husband waking up his wife on a lazy Sunday morning. I don't know if my sensitivity faded as I got older, or if I managed to shut it down somehow. These experiences were a lot for a child to handle, especially without any parental support. I was an only child, but my mother did not understand when I tried telling her. The again, our home was a century old farmhouse that had been converted into apartments. Maybe the house itself was haunted.

@@UntetheredConsciousness Thank you for your interest. During my early adolescents I read an occult classic by C. W. Leadbeater called The Astral Plane. I believe I may have attracted activity into my life because of that book, although I had experienced paranormal activity prior to reading this book. I read other books from the Theosophical Society, but once I found out about Helena Blavatsky resorting to trickery during a seance, I was turned off and put all my books away for a few years. Helena was magnetic in the same way that Rasputin was, and used that quality to manipulate people. Based on The Astral Plane, I believe that if I studied long enough I may open myself up again. The question is, do I want to? As an adult I have had interesting experiences, like a mystical experience in college where I spontaneously entered a meditative state and began to literally see my own aura! Since then I have had interactions in my head that seem like genuine channeling. I have no way to validate those experiences, though. I have no history of schizophrenia or any other condition other than some depression and hypomania in college, which has since resolved itself. I am always interested in hearing other people's perspectives regarding my odd history.

Work on the fear narrative, because even if you know what’s happening and are prepared for it, your body may just bring your worst nightmare out when you get out of your body. The feeling is like how do I describe it, okay it’s pretty much like this body is dying or shutting off like you can’t breathe and there’s a weight on your chest stuff like that, that is the moment where if you are aware enough of what’s happening you can leave the body at that point. When you feel like I’m struggling type thing that’s when it’s like okay let’s try this and try to get up out of your body, at first it’ll feel weird like when you get out it’ll feel heavier and more dense like you are treading through water and once you are out it’ll be better. Just try baby steps maybe like go to a window or like try touching your night table or maybe open a door pr examine the room a little, but don’t look at your body laying there or you’ll snap back into your body same goes with extreme fear and extreme excitement

As a teenager I levitated, summersaulted and flew threw my bedroom wall and over the rooftops. Sadly I panicked and the minute I did I was back in bed and conscious but my body would not move. After a short while body and soul blended and I could move. Also after a yoga session I felt my body melt from the feet up as I lay on my mat. When it came to my heart level there was a humming sound and pulling sensation and I started travelling up a tunnel towards the Light. Sadly once again my material thoughts interrupted 'Oh this is what it's like when you die'. My left shoulder was cold and I panicked and increased my breathing which brought me back into my physical body. Amazing sense of freedom when you're out of body though maybe I'm too scared to just go with the flow? Must try harder.

thank you for your show! very interesting and helpful. It is so good to hear about Darius's experience. When I was 21, I woke up floating in my dorm room (I was a university student becoming a teacher and staying in the school). At first, I was afraid that the old building was haunted. The air was charged - like after a lightning storm, electrified. I could see around the room in a way I had never witnessed before. I was about mid-way between the floor and the ceiling, looking up. I soon realized I was alone in the room and that no bad entity was there - I relaxed and began to float toward the door. I heard calling from the hall and feared that someone would see me floating. At that moment, I sucked back into my body. - like putting on clothes - In from the head on down. A static electric feeling came over my body as I slipped back in. I have had many other types of experiences, but none quite like that.

When I was 15 a therapist was actually the one who showed me that I could have an oobe. She had said that i should know that not everyone could do what she wanted me to just relax and at first I was laying there listening to music and thunderstorms i still have the cassette tape that we used. This was early 90's. So anyway I was completely relaxed and when it hit me the DEEP relaxation my body jumped out of it and I came back to this reality. Then she said okay lets try again only this time remember your okay and you are in a safe environment no one will hurt you so she said when your body is completely relaxed breathe through it and then it happened i was in the room above the desk looking at myself laying there in this chair and my therapist was sitting there talking to me i was right above her just watching her talk to me. I don't remember what happened that jolted me back i think maybe our session time was over. It was exactly like he is saying. Exactly. I had another one later that was more a NDE or rather i had actually died. That was very similar except the light was vivid and bright in the hospital and I was watching a nurse put a catheter in me. That was wild. Except the experience with the therapist i could never do it while I was trying. So thank you for this. Blessed journey to all of us.

Then months after the shift I feel like I’ve gotten numb to the shift, I’m learning from this numbness that I’m so vested in my body of 63 yrs that it’s a struggle to stay conscience. the reason I think my body has so much control is bc I haven’t dreamt for years. Since my son passed I’ve had dreams of him. Otherwise I still don’t dream. This makes so much sense to me and you’ve gotten me excited about about doing everything to further my path of total consciousness. I am so grateful to you for this, I’m crying. Thank you for being you and sharing yourself with us. I have a couple of questions too…. Can this be done during hypnosis? I’m starting to do guided past life regressions so I’m wondering if she could help me learn to do this? I also want to know where to follow you.

Listen death isn’t what you think it is there’s a WHOLE WHOLE WHOLE LOT more like I’m talking infinite more to explore this is like the size of a fingernail compared to the real true you, your friend you didn’t “lose” them they are still there the grief you feel is them saying “I’m still here and I’m okay”. Instead of looking at from a “this is bad” point of view think oh this was put in front of me for a reason these “challenges” were put infront of me for a reason figure out what the theme is you chose, get more clarity on what it is you came here to experience and do that don’t wait a second later than you have to it’s about you coming into your out r own you are not stuck. How can you be stuck when you are an immortal unlimited eternal being where do you go when you “die” so to speak, right here right now in this moment that’s where you are all the time. It’s freeing to think of it like this, also you can do this if you meditate deeply enough, but how I do it is I almost fall asleep to get into the rem state where your. Post is paralyzed and then relax like really really relax it will feel weird at first, but you’ll quickly get a hang of it.

Fascinating ~ I love this! I had an experience of being physically paralyzed upon waking, where I caught my soul returning to my body. I heard a noise similar to a "Tupperware" container snapping shut. I don't recall anything else. When this happened again, my soul stood outside my body, next to the bed. I told it that I wanted the ability to interpret my dreams and it told me I could, I already had that ability. This time my soul mirrored my physical body, like it was lying in the air above me and just merged with my body. Same sound, like it clicked into place. As soon as it did, my body was animated, I could move.

You gained a new sub this type of thing is right up my ally ever since I was a kid now there’s a whole community of people who are wanting to access this so it’s really great to openly talk about stuff like this as it seems natural for me to do

How I see it why are we not talking about this in our daily lives “what did you do on the weekend”, “well I travelled to Atlantis just exploring what about you”. “I went to lumaria interesting place”. People that are around me still seem so far off base with their beliefs of things they read and hear that they won’t go experience it for themselves

Wow, wow, wow - glad to have found Darius!!! I’ve had sleep paralysis since I was young, although I haven’t had them lately but what I would like to know is where should I go as soon as I’m out? Should I call on someone, should I explore my home, go to the moon? What should I do? Thanks 🙏🏻 you two!!! Love ❤️ you guys !!! ❤️

Any of the above! Once you are in the astral plane you just need to focus your intent and you can be there.
