@@4z4n0 I hope I can speak for the most of us here and tell you that we're so glad you're on the mend. It will get more manageable. It may not go away, but life will find a way to be enjoyable and warmer to you if you keep hope alive.

Always looking forward to the new uploads. It's a little strange how I came across this channel. My now Ex showed me this channel. We would sleep to it together while on the road (truck drivers). There are some I can no longer listen to anymore because of the memories which is why I look forward to the new uploads lol. I've put this on every night since you posted it, before I put on the sleepy vibes one from one month ago with the mountains and the sheep, I love watching the sheep. Anyway, in this one I hear the occasional wispy sound and I love it and I was thinking because I get nightmares/terrors from ptsd essentially every night it would be wonderful if there was a sound or rhythm incorporated into the music that I could sync my breathing too. Similar to the wispy sounds but in a rhythm that would match a person breathing 🤔I get so angry during the night I've currently got a shattered toe nail and bruises along my foot from kicking the wall in my sleep, and these videos are the only things ive found to make a difference in my mood when these things happen 🧡 just my thoughts, no matter what these videos are a God sent 🧡

I see these comments all of the time - But I found myself up too late not to write one. Whatever is bothering you in your personal life deserves self-compassion. The only person who can give you that compassion is you. The compassion that you need right now is something that only you can give yourself. I know it's hard to accept that when you are used to getting compassion from loved ones, especially when you have a few issues you've been working on yourself. I hope you are resonating with what I am saying here - if you are, all I can do is thank you for that. For me, I needed to write this, because of my struggle. The best thing I can do in my struggle that makes me feel better is to vent out some sort of positive words on the internet to other people who can conceptualize what I am saying and apply it uniquely to their own affairs. Rest now. You've done enough.

Another great one Zac!! I love the artwork and the concept!! You’ve been helping me sleep for a little over 2 years now- I don’t know what I’d do without you! I suffer from a chronic illness (EDS- which comes with a lot of severe chronic pain) and am on the Autism spectrum (which comes with a lot of anxiety and sleep disturbances for me).
