    Michael!!! I’ve listened to this for years but wanted to tell you, I listened to this four years ago the night I took my nursing assistant test AND LAST I listened and TODAY I took my NURSE test and now I’m a nurse! You’ve helped my test anxiety for four years!!!!!

    So. 1st fact: I fall asleep INSTANTLY whenever listening to this. 2nd fact: It has programmed my subconscious so fast and so so deeply that I am overwhelmed by myself. I found myself in several situations extremely self confident and outgoing. This hypnosis is a 10/10.

    +Michael Sealey I was under depression yesterday night and had these suicidal thoughts . I was literally fudged up but I was crying for help. tbh I have depression for last 4 years now . I was suffering social anxiety and trust issues even in my circle of close friends . I have nobody to talk to in these times . my mind was filled with these depressing thoughts and I wanted to relax . idk how I found this video , it automatically came up in my suggestions . somehow I made up my mind to watch this video and this experience was life changing for me . after the session I was totally changed all my depressing thoughts had gone and my brain cudnt even think of them. the words you said ,repeatedly came to my mind and I feel happy , confident and self dependant now . I just want you to know that you saved my life

    I am glad you found a resource to help you. If you are having really persistent depressing thoughts I would advise you to seek help. Tell a professional or contact a trusted friend or family member. You could also call a help line if you need it. Good luck.

    Dealt with depression for 8 years and the past two years anxiety and social anxiety. For two days I had been having outbreaks and panic attacks about certain topics that I simply couldn't brush off. I gave your video a chance and couldn't relax no matter how much I tried... But then it got to the river and I saw myself standing there in white, writing down everything that has been troubling me the past week and when it was all over I fell asleep instantly. I woke up today anxious and on the edge like usual... But something is different. I'm not thinking of the thoughts I let go in the river. I'm so at peace with them. This has given me more hope than any psychologist I've seen. I don't even want to recall what I threw in the river, I'm scared to recall it because my mind is a little more quiet today. I feel a little less broken today. Thank you so much. I look forward to listening to you.

    im addicted,your videos work for me,all of them,i made a playlist and listening every nights,i have been abused by my dad from age 6to17..suffer from ptsd,chronic insomnia,anxiety etc...i now have 2kids...i needed a way to deal with this to be the best dad possible...i am gratefull,myself,my wife and kids are thanking you!this might have saved my life

    I've been struggling with anxiety and severe depression for years and at the moment it's at an all time high. my insomnia is worse than ever and by chance I stumbled across this on KZread. honestly not expecting it to be overly helpful- but it did help me calm down and I also fell asleep despite thinking "I will never fall asleep". I'm so grateful. This is going to help difficult nights become less so. ♡

    This one has helped me to change my life. I want to thank you for that Michael. The day after listening to this session for the first time, I did things i was afraid of before.     Can I just say that I watch videos like this all the time and none have ever made me fall asleep. They do make me sleepy but I have never fallen asleep during one. This was the first to ever make me fall asleep during the vid and STAY asleep. I woke up this morning and saw that my phone was not in its dock for some reason. Then I realized I was wrapped in my head phones. I couldn't even remember why until unlocked my phone and saw your video pop up. Thank you! I feel great!!

    Yeah I have to keep my headphones off because my parents are so scared I'll strangle myself in the night so I listen without headphones but it still works!

    I am speechless with the results I’ve been having because I’ve watched many hypnosis type videos before and none have struck me like this one.     I know where you're coming from on that one. I've never been to a hypnosis session in person, but I also don't think I've listened to anything that used as many deepeners and fractionation as this one. I started doing it on my computer chair but ended up having to lay down while listening because my head kept dropping into awkward positions lol. I really did start to feel tingly/numb in my arms.

    I "woke up" around 27 minutes, but I felt so relaxed during that time. At one point I failed to open my eyes because they were closed tight. Thank you, that was my first hypnotic experience!

    I have been feeling very depressed and anxious lately. I must admit after watching this I feel a lot more relaxed and I overall have a clearer peace of mind. I will definitely continue to listen to this before I go to bed, hopefully I will see more improvements in my mood.

    I slept to this for the past two nights and I love it! I seem to go unconscious around the time you start counting. The opening and closing the eyes part never fail to make me drowsy. I fall asleep to this even when I feel like my body and mind are not ready for sleep yet. Today, I recommended this to my colleague who is a light sleeper. I'm excited to know her experience with this video.

    My anxiety has been so bad for months on end now and I haven't been able to sleep soundly in so long that I actually thought I was going to go crazy. I decided to see what videos could help me out, and this entire channel has helped me so much. I appreciate this so much and I'm so glad I found it. I was skeptical at first because I really didn't think it would work for me for some reason because I'm pretty young, but wow was I wrong. This is a miracle!

    I'd just like to take the time to thank the author of this amazing hypnosis. I have been listening to this every night as I go to sleep. I'm currently learning to skateboard and confidence and anxiety are big hindrances. I find that every morning I awake with enough confidence and practically no anxiety and ready to skateboard better than the previous day. it's also helped me in other areas of my waking life which was unexpected and totally welcome. so thank you very much for this. I will be continuing to do the same for as long as I feel the need to. I've been listening for a week so far and have already seen amazing results, thank you! *PEACE*

    Usually, without having any background noise, it usually takes me 40 minutes to an hour and a half to fall asleep but listening to this guy, I knock off in 15 minutes or less. Thank you Michael!

    I am surprised and actually shocked that this really worked for me. Last night I was tossing and turning in bed and 2 hours later still restless. I stumbled across this KZread and turned off everything and I believe I didn't even make it passed 10 minutes. And when I woke up; get this.... I was not exhausted or drained..

    SimplyRichelleXO you can move. its recommended that you dont, but youre supposed to be comfortable during these. in a few of them, he even encourages movement.

I've been listening since Midsummer 2015& you have helped me tremendously through insomnia, anxiety, and clearing my old negative thoughts - turning them positive!     I love how this comment session is such a... human place. I've had a cursory interest in hypnosis for some time, and have intermittently adopted some self-hypnosis techniques as part of my self-care routine. Suggestions often work for me in the short term, but long term change is more difficult, as the tendency is to regress to some baseline state. But I have seen some positive results, so I will keep at it. I can say that I don't think I have ever felt as relaxed as I did while listening to this while still retaining conscious awareness, at least not for a long time. I had to bring myself up near the end as I could quite easily have slipped into sleep but didn't want to at that time! But I did feel very centred in myself somehow, and less emotionally reactive. As much as I am sceptical of the 'bad actors' that would misuse these techniques to take advantage of others, at the same time I think their application for therapeutic purposes and personal development is a beautiful thing. I will always be grateful for people like yourself who try to spread some positivity to peoples' lives, especially during times when mental health is so important.

    A few days later and I've only listened to the non-sleep version of this since (I prefer this version), otherwise I haven't done anything meditative or hypnotic. Even so, I still find myself less emotionally reactive in times where I would otherwise be stressed or startled. That's not to say I don't feel anything at all, and it doesn't make me care any less about what's happening, but since I'm not as flustered I find myself able to hold on to a more positive frame of mind and react better. I also feel better about myself in general because of it, so it's like a little positive feedback loop. I do believe this has had some effect, and I have no qualms reinforcing that belief if it continues to have a beneficial result. It's easy to fall back into old habits, but I hope I can slowly but surely improve on my "daily average". Thanks again for sharing this.

    That was a hard leaf to let float away. Not even kidding. I was crying in my sleep during that visual, (I couldn't control that. It was odd) because it was a happy memory that I let go of. All I told myself is, "I'll be able to watch the stars another night. But that night doesn't matter anymore." It was very real... Thank you.

    I tried listening to many different hypnotist on here and for some reason yours are the only ones that have made me feel relaxed, safe and Better. I would recommend to anyone who struggles with anxiety to listen and see the difference not only for sleep but, even in your overall well being.

    This is incredible! Its like there's this whole new mind-state out there that so many people don't even know about! The problem I'm getting is the entire time I can't get my conscious mind to shut up, its like I'm arguing with myself in my head and meanwhile I can't move my body, so I'm like "Ok he's doing the sleep part now shut up now go to sleep cus if I miss this I'll be awake for all the asleep parts" and then I don't fall asleep... Should I just think about whatever, or concentrate on your voice or...?

    I know exactly how you feel, I've thought the exact same things before. I usually just think for a good 15-20 minutes and then somehow I fall asleep. I wish I could tell you how but I don't know myself. I read somewhere that it takes 15 minutes with your eyes closed and absolutely no body movement to fall asleep. I hope that helps in someway.

    Me too!! It’s like I was relaxed but then my body started fighting it.. like the feeling that you get when you are trying to wake yourself up from a dream. My body kept doing that. I do want to try again, but that’s just what happened to me.

    Thank you Micheal .finishing something worked for me . the frustration of not being able to sleep ..staying awake was building up to a point of mind shattering stage ..i had forgotten how sleep really felt ..that switched off mind !God bless you heaps . this is invaluable and priceless and I got it for free from a person I don't even know ..makes you feel the world is still a good place .

    Took an afternoon nap while listening to this and I had a few dreams, dreams where I was a kid again - the last days of preschool, the last days of boarding school, old moments of self embarrassment experienced differently, it felt like I was doing deep therapy work in my inner matrix, lots of letting go was done as I feel slightly lighter now that I'm awake again. I'm really just so glad I came across this.

    just here to say that i watch your videos every night before i sleep and i barely get through the first 10 min but you've become an integral part of my daily routine and your voice is like an old friend as you like to say i don't know if it helps that i sleep right away but honestly i feel like it works because i fall into a deep sleep with deep relaxation so to anyone that is too lazy to meditate during the day start with meditating right before bed because its literally so easy instead of going to bed and replaying all the scenarios of the day that went wrong (if youre a person with anxiety you probably have done this for as long as you can imagine) listen to Sealeys voice and fall into your sleep peacefully and those can be your 10- however long you last (HIS VOICE IS SO SOOTHING MAN) of meditation a day until you realize the benefits of meditation and start practicing when you get those bursts of negativity and anxiety (also idk about you but for me flossing helps) if I'm at work and i have some anxiety i just bring out the dental floss and go to town cheers

    Micheal, I'm so grateful for this video! As a long time listener, this is the most life altering one you have. My brain is so quiet today and those negative thoughts are no longer constantly ruminating in the background. Funniest thing is, when I was supposed to write down the negative thoughts and dump them in the river one by one, my brain instantly dumped what seemed like a truckload of already written down thoughts it was just waiting to release!     This is the first meditation/hypnosis video I've listened to that has put me to sleep. I feel asleep during the count down and I don't remember anything else. I woke up not knowing where I was. It took me a minute to figure it out. I can say I have hated myself my entire life and I have terrible insomnia. When I first crossed a mirror after listening to this I actually saw positive attributes about myself. That's something.

    One of the things I like about Michael’s videos is that the advertisements are at the beginning rather than somewhere in the middle so you don’t get startled by some loud nonsense when trying to relax.

    This video was realy good but i also saw a comment that spoke of feeling anxious.i did the same thing. I would get spikes of noise and sensations throughout my body at random points before i fell asleep. but i did fall asleep realy fast... like 10 minutes of this and my mind is quiet and i can feel my body slip into sleep paralysis..... Its unusually fast so its kinda ...intense....but i enjoyed it :)

    I used to listen to a video every night. it helped with my nightmares from past experiences that have resulted in manic depression and having horrible anxiety. not being able to walk to my local shop on my own kind of thing. the video then suddenly disappeared from my history and never found it again. so for the past few weeks of 2hours sleep a night max I've been searching for the "next best thing".. but last night I found this! last night was the best sleep over had in years! I didn't reach the end of the video, it calmed my nerves about being in a dark room on my own and I just drifted into a peaceful sleep and it was awesome!! thank you so much for this video! it has definitely helped me already after one night! and will be listening to it most nights :D x

    Normally when i sleep during the day for an hour or two I need some more minutes after I woke up because I'm still a bit tired or have a tried feeling. but when I woke up I felt immediately awaken

    I listened to this last night and when I was woken this morning I was amazed that I slept the whole night through without waking. I had some really weird dreams that I can remember a lot of, but they weren't unpleasant, just really unusual and vivid. I've never tried anything like this before but it really did help me.     You are the best hypnoses person on KZread. Because the others whenever I search it up, they sound like robots token over them, while you, you sound like a human because you are using your actual voice. And when you do the 100 deeper and deeper, 99 deeper and deeper. I just count down and the lowest I been was 98, so for me it works and by the way I'm 13 years old and it helps me get up too. Instead sleep in very late, I get up like an hour or 2 ahead of schedule. So Thank You Michael Sealy!! 😺😺😸😸😽😽😻😻
