I fall into a limbo state, my eyes were open but could not move. I was looking at the screen but I saw people, a man playing with a child but I got shooked when he got close to the screen and open his mouth wide and I could see inside. I tryed by all mean to wake myself up. When I finally did I rewinded the vedio but could not see what I had seen before. I got scared, what does it mean?

Not necessary. But it may be a better experience with them.
I would love to use this but the vilume of the video itself (voice) is too loud to even concentrate with at my lowest phone setting 😔 is there any other video like this one I can use?

You may want to go into your phone settings and see if "absolute volume" is turned on.
I couldn’t focus because I kept thinking how I hate the cold and we’re in winter
