The short version of the story is I had a health issue that led to a dark night of the soul. After letting go the idea came to me while staring out at a lake back in 2012.
Need to harness and let flow freely I’m feeling flooded on my insides with my heart and head .I feel being pulled in to many directions

I would try listening to it while being free from the outcome. Sometimes you'll get ideas or info during the meditation, through intuitive hits while going about your day or even in dreams.
