Hello, I'm having trouble with my health recently and I sleep a ton because of it. I'm always extremely exhausted and anxious, these videos have been some of the only relief I've gotten in the past 6 months. I'm continuing to fight to become healthier and I'm going to college full time. Thank you for making me a bit calmer.

This actually worked with me who has had insomnia for 20 years. Also I was prescribed trazadone to help with that and I wonder where it's been all my life. If you have chronic insomnia please do yourself a favor and ask about it.
