The 500.00 dentist guard is not meant to stop you from snoring or open up your airway. That is only designed to protect your joints and teeth. Definitely apples and oranges

Any update on the performance?

The air waav mouth guard is supposed to make the tongue sit down. On air waav’s website it states “The AIRWAAV® Performance Mouthpiece works by directing your tongue down and forward under the intake bar that sits behind the front row of your bottom teeth”, just an fyi hopefully it helps.

I've tried everything for sleep apnea and nothing really works besides a CPAP. I tried this Airwaav and it helps a little but it does not solve the problem. My wife say's I snore with airwaav in and I wake up with sore throat. I have moderate sleep apnea.

Any improvement?

Works for me, 6 bpm less than regular. Measure with My Polar Grit X Pro, Even when I had a race that morning (18K). I,ll keep trying

@@Corriendoeslagira-505-co2icHi can you clarify how you’re using the Polar? It’s telling you directly when your breathing is interrupted or you’re deriving it from heart rate, etc?
