    I liked this episode with Doc Parsley... a lot. Good information especially the discussion on primal behavior and sleep. This episode was a good continuation on discussing this important topic on Spartan Up. This topic has been discussed in the past with other experts. I recommend listening to Joe’s interview with Dr. Andrew Huberman (you’ll need a notebook 📒 and pen/pencil). Sleep recovery has been a game changer for me. My life will continue to build around sleep recovery. I hope 🤞 Joe continues to explore this topic with more experts.

    Excellent episode amazing how much this man knows about the benefits of sleep find myself that if you don't eat and rest and sleep well you won't reap the benefits from training TRAIN EAT SLEEP REPEAT 💪🍗🛌🔁
