Trust me. I have been there. And it's veryy beautiful. Yes the food might not suit everyone but I went in Dec & it was amaaazing. Shillong is very very beautiful ❤

All types of Indian food are available along with local food...I have been to Meghalaya. It's a must-visit place.

Guys, you should visit Assam and North East India at least once in your lifetime. It's really a hidden gem of India cause it's as beautiful as heaven but underrated because of the lack of tourism. Shillong, capital of Meghalaya state is referred to as 'Scotland of the East, which is located near Cherrapunji‎ and if you go there in winter, you'll see snowfall. Also, Arunachal Pradesh is a state I really recommend you to go. Tawang is a must-visit place there.

Actually from October the water will be clear again, since there will be less rain, and regarding the wifi all you need is a local or Northeast simcard the internet will work fine and it's cheap it's only took 500 INR at most to apply for a new simcard there. And all the greenery and nature buty its best time to go around October and November cause the weather isn't that much cold and the air is still so fresh with no pollution at all.

Slayy Point doesn't do typical travel vlogs, it's a comedy reaction channel & does a lot of skits/jokes. Btw Meghalaya is d most beautiful state in India full of stunning natural gems including countless waterfalls, caves, lakes, root bridges, rivers etc not 2 mention humble/friendly indigenous locals from various tribes & yummy ethnic cuisine full of diverse dishes (not momo/noodle!). Definitely d best tourist destination if u love exploring nature & ethnic culture/food. Whole NE India is a hidden paradise of a region wrt tourism. P.S. Network coverage is great in capital Shillong & improving in other areas, of-course u won't get coverage & luxury facilities deep inside forest/mountain, if u really wanna explore raw beauty of nature u have 2 make that compromise, if u can't then stick 2 d concrete jungle of big cities.
