Hey man! Sick video. Visiting the South Island from the north island and don’t have access to a boat or anything. Do you know any good spots along the coast to get some paua? Between where you are in this video and kaikoura? I’m staying in Blenheim

Hi. Kaikoura is closed untill 15th April so your best spot is port Underwood. Robin hood bay is a good spot just walk the rocks on the south side of the bay. Lots of paua but will have to hunt through the small one to find legal size paua of 125mm. Cheers and good luck.

Mate, be careful diving in that gap I have seen locals go through there on the plane. We always put our boat right in the gap so there’s no room for eggs
