Love how Tom is just standing there, taking it all in, and reflecting on the memories. Thank you for the decades of badass metal!

This is just a change in the Slayer mythos.. even if they don't tour anymore, their music remains, the legend is there.. every year new fans discover this amazing band.

I hope they put out a dvd of this- sounds great and they did an awesome performance.

Saw them on Haunting the Chapel tour,once on the Hell Awaits,twice on Raining Blood & once on South of Heaven tour?out of all those?seeing them with Exodus & Venom on the Ultimate Revenge in Hollywood here in l.a. in 85' was sickest of all?that scene was the best ever

It was a great ending to one of the best thrash bands. It does sucks Dave couldn't participate

25:53 I like how Kerry is showing off to the crowd and Tom is just chilling there 😂 Tom surely doesn't need to prove anything. We know and he knows that he's been the frontman of fuckin' Slayer for 40 years, and all he needs to do is just show himself and speak a few words and the crowd goes nuts with that alone. That's why Tom staring at the crowd after the 2 shows that I saw from the final world tour was the coolest thing I have ever seen!

the fact that Tom could still scream like that so late in life is a testament to real talent

I find it interesting that his last words were, "You guys be safe." He talks like a dad now, even a grand dad. When I saw them in 1986, the last thing he would have ever said was, "You guys be safe." Things have changed. The golden era is over, and it's been over for a very very long time.

* Tears* I will never get to see slayer live😭😭😭 they are an awesome and amazing band.

I've listening Slayer since the 80s. Never really "got them" until I saw them live at The Big 4 on the Indio polo grounds. Never missed a chance to see the show since. show

Slayer makes you feel like a kid again!👍🤘

I saw them in Salem Va on November 5. I’d been wanting to see them live since I was a young kid! Never got the chance until I was 40! It was everything I hoped it would be and more! And my daughter was there with me and she loved the show and that made it even better for me! Long live the almighty SLAYER!

Nice! Audio actually sounds pretty good compared to the others. Thanks for uploading glad you got to see them on the last performance.

This were my first Slayer favorite song ever. Should be played at my funeral. "Hell Awaits". Rock on.

@@KCNYC Cool, I have seen them all so many times and Taxslayer had the best sound system out of the countless venues i have been to. Times have changed so much though and haven't seen a concert in about 20 years and was a huge difference with all the phones instead of lighters , but I took out my phone as well for a few songs. Figured save the moment I had with my sons.

Thanks for sharing this. One of the greatest metal band.

Was right on the barricade enjoying the crush...finally had to get a beer and a water to recoup. They got into War Ensemble as I got in line...bummage. At least I didn't have to watch the show through a phone.

Saw them back in 2016 in Houston. Best most intense and life changing show I have ever experienced. I love this band and I will always have a slayer story to take with me to my grave. 🤘

My wife....yes... My dog....maybe..... But Slayer.....NEVER! They will always live in my heart- thank you guys!

They did the right thing. Slayer were never bigger. The show was absolutely amazing with the lights, digital graphics, the pyrotechnics. They went out on top!!!! Tom seemed tired during many shows just standing in place staring off into space. We can all remember Slayer as the band that ended their careers at the height of their powers.

I’m glad I can say I saw slayer once in my life back in 2001 - Melbourne, Australia

I was blessed to see slayer 2 times and they put on the best show that I ever seen . and I seen bands like motley crue , machine head , bad brains , corrosion of conformity , and some great bands . and slayer put on the best show out of everybody . they the # 1 thrash band of all time and they should be in the rock n roll hall of fame

Osmil Oe absolutely In May me and my 16 yo son went to see Slayer in Kansas City, then I stumbled across Jinjer in September, became obsessed with them, and went to a show in October. A week later, we went to see Slayer again in NC. Now, we’re going to see Jinjer again in May. I’m obsessed with Jinjer now just like I was when I first heard Slayer years ago.

Of course we have footage of these shows, because there i always someone who would record it from a better position with better sound, like since the 70s. I better only have one really good clip filmed from FOH than hundreds of shitty YT videos with shitty sound. This is a Metal concert and no camber play with seated public... Or I BUY the Bluray of the Concert!

i agree with you 50% For Jeffs dead nobody is responsible even Jeff himself. I´m sure would he be still alive he would still play in the band, so what ? SLAYER without Dave is another number. Maybe the make a reunion with Dave in 5 years, would you join the tour ?

I was at this show; alot of people don't know the floor was split between standing pit and seated section. The recording looks like he was behind the rail barrier dividing the 2. But the standing GA was nuts lol
