I'll never forget listening to this album the day it came out. It released right on 9/11/2001. As i saw the horrifying news reports coming in i couldn't help but think it was ironic that that album released that very day.

A week before this album was released I was in a record store. The had a sign promoting the album that read Slayer is coming on 9-11-2001. The background on the sign was a city skyline that was on fire.

@@rudraframes I know, especially in 2000. Thunder was definitely the B show compared to Nitro but towards the end it seemed like Thunder began getting good again around January to March 2001.
