fade to black On older stuff like "Born of Fire" those really were some great solos while fitting the song well. At least they had some sort of purpose. Now it's just whammy bar wank for the most part.

Still my favorite Slayer tune.

By far, one of the best and most aggressive performance of the legendary Chemical Warfare

All though it's turned up high, I like Tom's bass this way even more. Great vocals...he rocks pretty hard as a front man. Nothing like the original lineup with Dave, Jeff, Tom, and King.

Tom's bass always needs to sound like this.

A fellow drummer called me and said I had to hear this. It was Chemical Warfare. Played it over the phone and I was like "what the hell is that?" Was hooked ever since

Dave Lombardo is a absolute monster

the look on tom araya's face when he comes on stage is simply priceless. you can tell he still has the same love for this music as he did in the 80s. so awesome.

On the day when Jeff died I drinked my first beer. Rest in power Jeff we are still kissing you!

During the "World Painted Blood" recordings he removed 2 toms from his usual kit and added a couple more cymbals. I guess he liked it and kept it that way.

I saw saw them this year, but at Download - best time I saw them live. I went mental when the roadies pulled off the cover cover of that huge Star Classic (guy next to me gave me a funny look for yelling at a drum kit lol)

Slayer, the master of intros. South of heaven, Chemical warfare, Season in the abyss, angel of death, raining blood, Black magic. The list goes on and on

I have seen them many times during the 90s. I am now a 50 years old grandpa, and still headbang like crazy every time I hear slayer! \m/

This song always rips it apart, that counter soloing between Kerry and Jeff, man fucking hell.

Tom went out all by himself that night braggin and showing this video to everyone he played bass for a well known thrash metal band.
