It's layering as in the sense that there are multiple voices in different pitches. I wasn't saying he was layering to get his voice that deep, it's Alex, we know he can do that.

I don't think those are layered vocals. He put out a short doing that part and the way he uses his breath has this trail off with a natural breath layer and the low. I haven't seen or heard anything otherwise.

I wasn't saying the low was layered to make it sound that low. There are multiple different pitches throughout that section. Hence layering of the voices.
