Slaughter to Prevail is a Russian deathcore band. They are against the war in Ukraine, and at least some of them now live in Florida, when they’re not touring. Alex Terrible is the vocalist, with one of the most brutal and powerful voices on the planet. Evgeny is the drummer, very talented. I got to see them live last April, and it took about a day for my hearing to fully recover. This is their most visually shocking video. For other songs, I’d recommend ‘Bonebreaker’, ‘Bratva’, ‘Demolisher’, ‘1984’, and their newest single ‘Viking’.

Alex is amazing. Different style of music but contrary to some opinions, it IS music!🤘🏻🔥💥🙏🏻 Just because something doesn’t appeal to you doesn’t mean you get to dismiss it. Musicians come in all shapes and styles just like people 🤘🏻🔥💥🙏🏻

They’re such an amazing band to see live. You should definitely check out “Bonebreaker.” “Viking.” “Demolisher.”
The ending guitar solo gives me goosebumps every damn time. Nice reaction though ❤
Alex is one of the people really advancing metal vocals as an art right now. He blew everyone's minds with Demolisher and did it again recently with Viking.

Slaughter to prevail is proberly the most growing metal band around these days, when it comes to popularity, they know their stuff, and no one is quite like Alex terrible, he can sound like a aligator, and a bear, but he is a pretty nice guy in real, but on stage, he is a beast. and of cause its not just Alex, there is a very talented drummer, as well as guitar player there to.. but yeah forgot their names sorry..lol

Я был на них полтора года назад в Москве. Действительно крутые ребята, замочившие крутейший концерт. Сожалею, что проипал перед этим концерт не менее крутейших ребят - Jinjer, которые незадолго до этого тоже выступили в Москве. И к сожалению не скоро ещё выступят. Если вообще выступят когда нибудь...

Haha😂😂😂! You started with a good one from them. That is going to be their most graphic video. Demolisher is the one that got them on the map, but Alex Terrible is a beast vocalist. They only create great songs, so you can't pick a bad one

Отличная реакция! Полагаю, что ты поняла, что это определенная самоирония по поводу стереотипов про русских. Правда впоследствии она получила несколько зловещее продолжение. К сожалению... Я бы посоветовал отреагировать на их песню 1984, чтобы понять их отношение ко всему происходящему.

yeah, they're a Russian deathcore band. didn't know it was switching b/w Russian & Ukrainian. I thought it was all Russian (the non-English parts I mean, obv). You should check out 'Viking,' 'Bonebreaker,' & 'Bratva.' I sub'd

Personally, I am not a fan of death core metal, so I will not be critiquing this band or their music, I am not an expert on it nor will I pretend to be. But hearing the name Baba Yaga reminded me of a movie you should watch if you haven't already [ John Wick ] Baba Yaga is mentioned predominantly in that movie. 😉✌
