Slash's Snakepit - Lower

Lower than the bottom
Swallowed by the ride
Floating in the bathtub
Children play outside
Chorus
So tell me how to do it
How to do what I'm gonna do
How to take the knife from inside of you
Baby, now you're lower too
You looked so unhappy
Squatting in some stall
And it gets even better
When all the lights are off
Chorus:
So tell me how to do it
How to do what I'm gonna do
How to keep the life inside of you
Baby, now you're lower too
Drink me
It's a nightmare
It's the needle in your veins
Chorus:
So tell me how to do it
How to do what I'm gonna do
How to keep the knife from inside of you
Baby, now you're lower too
Chorus:
So tell me how to do it
How to do what I'm gonna do
How to keep the life inside of you
Baby, now you're lower too
Burning every memory
It's gonna eat your insides out and throw it out on me
Struggling, Heaven help you
Staring down the barrel of your own gun
And now you're lower too

He would be SO good in Slash's band now. He has that edge Slash's music needs to be sung with.

To killer Snakepit singers, Velvet Revolver & a incredible Solo album. Slash seems to be able to work with any singer & come up with bad ass music!

Slash's Snakepit made great music!!! Great stuff, sounds like GnR but stands on its own!! I wonder if slash will add some songs from this era in his 2012 concerts, I know he plays GnR, Velvet Revolver and of course his two latest solo albums.

i like when songs got the meaning, but mostly i fall in love with how songs sound. i dont like people claiming something is, or is not, a music. same goes to even the worst music makers, just let them be. still this song is not meaningless, at least for me.

Eric dover is a good showman excellent songwriter, but factually has no where near the technical vocal ability or stage presence, eric is a better lyricist than axl, but thats it. I am litterally a better vocalist than eric dover
