SLAM-IT (BY LIFETIME) RIM INSTALL IS VERY DIFFICULT

Unfortunately I did not make a video when the shi* hit the fan yesterday and I decided to go outside for a couple of minutes and install a new rim on my kid's basketball hoop. Very difficult because the instructions are awful.
Hopefully this video will help someone even though it is just talking and not an install video
