As the way work is done remains in constant flux - with remote and hybrid options - the adoption of collaboration and productivity tools has accelerated. And two clear front-runners have emerged amongst the pack in Slack and Teams. While the former invented the channel-based collaboration tool and had almost a 3-year head start in the market, Microsoft Teams has rapidly surpassed them in both market share and in relevance.     Great content. Only argument would be that Skype was over 1 billion active users in 2016, I believe. I would assume that the majority of growth for Teams have been rom Skype converts, not necessarily the TAM relative to Slack - especially considering Slack's year over year profits and CAGR. Thoughts?
