Note:-
1. #Lap #length or #development #length = 47*d
where, d= dia. of reinforcement bar.
2. #Anchorage #length for #crank #bar = 13*d or 0.75* effective depth of beam.
@ beam column junction, Anchorage is 50*d at internal side & 60*d at external side.
3. #Location of #bent #up #bar from #support is equals to √2 jd
where, j= #lever #arm #factor
d= effective depth of member.
4. #Chairs are provided in #double #mesh #reinforcement @ 1-1.5 sq. meter area & 1000 mm to 1500 mm spacing. Diameter of chair shall be more than diameter of reinforcement used in slab. length of chair shall not be less than 800 mm. leg of chair is generally provided as 300 mm.
5. #Cost of a bag (300 nos.) of #cover #blocks is approx. Rs. 200/-. spacing of cover blocks is generally 600 mm to 1000 mm.
6. #Mullion #column is generally 1.2 meter high & provided in #parapet #walls.
7. #Quantity of #concrete is calculated as :-
1.54*(L*B*H)
it is also noted that from above quantity 2% deduction shall be there for reinforcement.
1.54 factor is only used to calculate quantity of aggregates, sand & cement.
8. #Hooks of #stirrups are generally provided @ 45° or 135° angle.
9. 12 mm #ply is generally used as #shuttering elements.
10. For a 600 mm * 600 mm member/column, 2 shuttering ply shall be of 576 mm width & remaining 2 shuttering ply shall be of 600 mm width.
11. Green concrete or hardened concrete is same thing.
