At this point, can't we just let the fans write everything after Episode 8? Because this is art. This kinda gives me the Legends feel of the Jedi Order being more relaxed than the old Order. In addition, the Jedi pupil seemed to have carried over some of the new order from legend's jedi movement.

The Jedi Knight had sort of a Kyle Katarn vibe in his face. Really enjoyed this film, the arm shield was a surprise and unique touch. Great Job!

I thought this was brilliant! It feels like Star Wars Canon. This has got to be one of the best Star Wars fan films out there. The ending gave me shivers it was so good! Amazing job!!!

It's such an amazing production, came here from reddit. Totally didn't regret clicking on this fan film. It's amazing! I also like how you filled gaps like using Luke's lightsaber and that little recreation of the scene of the jedi temple of Luke. Great job, keep up the good work!

Very impressive, especially for a fan film. Fits in nicely with the Sequel trilogy. Would be cool to show the Ren's escape and making contact with the other Knights and Kylo to inform them of the Jedi Academy. Then you could make a story about the teacher seeking out Rey. Great job! Solid acting, fight choreography, and effects.

I have to admit that ending choked me up. May the force be with you, always!

I feel that fan creations like this are what really make Star Wars, Star Wars. The fact that we don’t just watch the franchise, but build on it ourselves is the reason it’s so successful. So massive props to you guys for helping create the Star Wars storyline. Good job.

I love this because it's impenetrable canonically speaking. If this Knight of Ren shows up and talks in episode 9 and has a different voice modifier, he just changed it. If he has no voice modifier he just removed it. If he doesn't have a lightsaber, he just got a new one or lost it. This was very well thought out, and I applaud you for it.

I love how this fan film shows that Luke’s will moves on. It seems like he knows that the new Jedi order must live on, but can’t bring himself to train them himself after his loss. If episode 8 had shown something like this, I would have been fine with his weird new way of life.

This is very impressive. It's definitely up there with some of the higher end Star Wars fan films. I don't suppose the raw footage of this still exists?

Very impressive!!! Great story line, editing, and angles! I especially love 13:50!

When Luke gives his lightsaber away, I imagine he said wordlessly, “Lightsabers don’t make the Jedi, or even any warrior of the sort. But if you care enough to believe it does, take mine and remember the lightsaber does not represent anyone. You represent it, on or off.”

I love how this community comes together and makes there when films because the own franchise doesn’t. I think it’s really inspiring and our group is a very special one. I appreciate the frick out of you film creators 👍🏼

Wow congratulations to all involved! It's a great Star Wars short, and trust me I've seen a few..! And kudos for getting Kurt Tomlinson on board to do the score. That guy is one of the most gifted composers out there.

That was one of the greatest fan films I’ve ever seen. What it may not have lacked at times in the effects department (although to be fair some of those VFX were great), it made up for a million times over with an astounding story and incredible choreography. Would love it if you guys would make a sequel or maybe a prequel centered on the Knights of Ren. Truly marvelous work!

That actually brought a tear of joy to my eye at the end. Entirely well done. How is it that fan films with such low budgets and limited resources are able to make Star Wars films that make the ones Disney, and in many ways, George Lucas produced pale by comparison? Very well done, all of you :) I hope Mark Hamill sees this cuz I think he would love it :)

I ALWAYS love me a good Star Wars fan film, but man the ending tho. My dad showed me Star Wars when I was a little kid, and I've grown up to be a lot like him, and I actually tell people a lot "I am like my father before me." Which is 100% from "I am a Jedi like my father before me." It's always been a quote that I've loved, and damn you harped on that so good. Saw your post on Reddit and wanted to enjoy some Star Wars love.

I see any Star Wars fan film, I click instantly. But with this one, this film’s production is almost Hollywood like. In all regards, the camera use including drones is tremendous. The force is strong with this one. This Jedi Knight does have Kyle Katarn like qualities, it seems, no wonder why he held his own against the knight of Ren.

I think it is great when we get a Star Wars fan film because it brings so much joy personally, and I know to most of you when we get a little slice of the universe from time to time...great job and I couldn’t imagine the effort to put this together!

I love how fan films are getting better and better as time goes on and are making things fans want to see at high Quality

Easily, easily, easily one of the very best fan films this year, if not one of the best I've ever seen, period. This felt like a real, believable story that actually could have happened in canon, and it has so much heart. The choreography was solid, and every single one of those kids did an excellent job! And both the Jedi and the Knight felt like characters that had history, even though we've only ever had two seconds of screentime from one and the Jedi was a completely original character. Everything about this screams true, soulful Star Wars, and I love it! Bravo!

Nicely done! It pulled me in and held my attention all the way to the unexpected ending. Fantastic!

This gave me goosebumps, thought it was going to be bad BUT then you see the droids and your like thats interesting then the rest blows you away , You guys put maximum effort into this and showed Disney how it should be done. The fight scenes were gripping fast well done and hold up against and over shadow the mouse overlords best efforts. Very well done all involved 👏 hope there is more to come

Fantastic piece, you can tell a ton of hard work and love were put into this production. The costuming was absolutely on point, plus those R2 and BB units looked amazing!
