This is awesome. Looked at Garmin R10 and Rapsodo MLM 2 Pro but took the plunge and treated myself to the Skytrak+ a few months ago. Have not regretted spending the thousands of $ extra and this update justifies the decision even more. It's only going to get better from here too.

Skytrak finally made a worthwhile update. At this point, I still wouldn't pay for the course play, especially when GSPro allows you to join online leagues and golf tours. If they can implement online play, leagues, tours, and frequent course updates, then they'll be onto something. Hopefully the updates are frequent, and not once or twice a year.

Amazing update

this looks sweet. this winter im going to upgrade from my r10. mostly considering the mlm2pro for how good it is for the cost. definitely will look at the skytrak+. Any idea if there is going to be online multiplayer added so we can play against other Skytrak+ owners?

Nice review! I’ve been watching most all of your videos recently because I’m about to pull the trigger on a ST+. I have a few questions… firstly what hitting screen and enclosure are you using? And secondly, if I buy the ST+ right now when it arrives will this package be up for purchase or still in Beta? I just don’t want to buy into E6 or anything else if this is already available. Thanks!

The hitting screens I’m using are 24/7 gold enclosures and if you’re in Australia they have packages available and I have discount codes for those in the description 😁 and yes you will get the full version now. If you’re not in Aus then there are still package options and discounts also in description

Do you know if they have/plan to have an option to turn off terrain penalties?

that shot delay would do my head in, it lets the skytrack down for me.

There’s no shot delay on the ST+ really. It’s just my wifi connection is at the other end of the house and I need a booster

it has always been a good value . it is not however the best at that price point. GC3 foresight and gs pro is the best bang for the buck. imo good video though.

Yea, i think the cost is a bit high when yo figure you need to pay $130 for the essentials plan plus another $220. That is more than GS PRO which is the competitor they should be worried about.

Too bad this new upgrade will not work with an iPad. Now I’ll have to get a gaming laptop or PC and a short throw projector if I want to upgrade to this package. What gaming laptop are you currently using? It seemed to handle the new features with ease no?

As a whole it’s much better than GSPro. The range alone and the stats, comparisons, randomiser, wedge matrix, bag mapping, shot shaping etc etc is far better than anything GSPro has on a range 😁 and the graphics of the course play is also far superior in my opinion

Did they also update the OG SkyTrak?

@@davidmaxfieldgolf you are losing substantial swing speed and looks like your are relying on all arms strength . Use your camera and figure out how to turn more with hips this will help compress the ball more, you would be shocked how much farther you would be able to hit it especially with your body type.

Randomly I saw you comment on the Good Good Live Stream the other day and was like, "oh there's David". Should I switch from my Eye Mini to Skytrack?

It was my wifi and also the this was the beta version. Check the next 2 videos where the response is almost instant

I get the one stop shop but for the price and few courses offered it will not hold up. People want gspro, thats the standard.

GSPro is already $250USD per year and this leaves GSPro in the dust in terms of what it offers across the board

Basically, it's 30 courses for 220 dollars or, 850 courses for 250 dollars with GSPRO.

Most people play only between 5-10 courses anyway so why not play courses with these graphics and have the range capabilities as well.
