Skyscrapersim: Dundrum Town Centre V2 OFFICIAL Lift tour
So then, probably the most well known of my buildings, Dundrum V2. And it's time for a video on it! The version shown in the video is Dundrum V2.1 to update Main Lifts 2 left's voice. Here's a quick Dundrum V2 history: Back in July 2019, I decided I was going to emulate Dundrum properly, not just a BBC version. After several weeks, the centre map was taken down meaning I couldn't progress since I didn't know the centre off by heart. After approx 4 months of inactivity, I decided to cancel that version, name it Legacy and started this version, and the rest is history!

bro has really nice elevator textures here
I remember back last year, I couldn't get a signal on the phone for some reason and went up in the second set of glass lifts up to the very top floor, and could get a signal from up there, but trying to get down again was like an eternity. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for the lift to come back up. Also, there was somebody already in the lift and I was worried they would think I was odd for going up to a beauty parlour (the only thing on that floor). I was so embarrased

Yeah that's what I hate about Dundrum, the severe lack of lifts. Done that many a time but what I've learned about going up to 6 is keep yourself focussed on your phone or act completely normal when someone arrives in the lift, or if it goes back down and someone is waiting I just say "Oh it went up instead of down"

You may already know but the House Of Fraser there has closed down. :( I hope they don't replace the lifts.

@@HappyPizza64 Also try Roblox. The lifts are more realistic in my opinion. Some lift enthusiasts are missing out on virtual lifts so much because they don't do Roblox. Try my shopping centre first. All the lifts are there but it's in progress still some problems. Please note that there is no stairs or escalators. Oof. And House Of Fraser used to be Debenhams but the lift didn't change when it became House Of Fraser. Currently Brown Thomas, one of Ireland’s flagship department stores, are moving into the old unit. Dundrum has said it’ll be ready at latest June

@@HappyPizza64 Penneys are actually moving into Level 2 + 3 in the Old House Of Fraser, while, Brown Thomas are moving into 1 + -1, which most likely means, they will replace the lift, knowing Penneys, it will most likely be an Ecodisc. I havent a clue about Brown Thomas' Lifts.

@@celovity_747 I wonder would they just get the 2 lifts serving all floors since it’d be more convenient. If BT are taking lift contracts then I’d say Schindler. If Penneys then either Pickerings or Kone
