--This mod is an oldie but a goodie. This player home was created by LD50365. He also does other great home mods, and the most popular one is Skyfall Estate. This is just a basic showcase of the mod showing where to get it after you pick up a letter on the docks of the East Empire Company near Solitude. I will say this is one massive player home. This mod will not be in the play through of Erna due to it may conflict with the big Quest/follower mod Val Serano. I would definitely use this mod in a game as it moved easily, and the look was fantastic. There is an issue with some red trees that I do not know how to fix at this time, but I could easily overlook them personally.
