Thanks for watching ✌ On my previous Skyrim video "moving things around" I show you guys a lot of the issues that comes when using "Treerific" with a very high trees density. So I made this variant with less and smaller trees it fixes all the issues but it also takes some of the visuals fidelity away. I think that it still looks good but let me know what you guys think. Please ignore the LOD I didn't run Dyndolod to generate LOD for this.

Not sure why most tree mods now have twiggy trees. I guess the modders have never been in ancient forest. In the old days, areas of only small trees would be very rare. Compared to our modern world, logging was nowhere near so heavy and most forests were ancient and undisturbed. Bethesda actually got the tree sizes correct. Look at the tree stumps. The older trees should be that big. There was no such thing as "clear-cutting" until the industrial revolution.

Btw, your game has always looks amazing! I hope you put the older ancient looking trees back in, but it's certainly more important that you love how your game looks,😊 and mine or other peoples opinions don't matter. The beauty of modding is having it your own way. But you asked what we thought, and I only just now watched the video a month late. lols But someday, go visit an ancient forest. It's like nothing else. It's really kind of magical.😊

It’s BEAUTIFUL! As someone who grew up in the Rockies, this is so much more accurate to how plants grow and look in the mountains. The foliage is beautiful and just the right size.

It looks good, personally I dont prefer giant trees everywhere. Dense forest in areas less traveled with some ancient giants is the way to go imo

Modlist is looking great, and I think the smaller trees are a nice addition!

It makes the forest look like a modern clear-cut forest. Ancient forests have a variety of sizes, but mostly big older trees, and many species of those can grow for hundreds or even thousands of years. For people who've been in an ancient forest, having a bunch of small trees is not immersive. I've been in lots of ancient forests and the entire feel is very different. Everyone should visit an ancient forest someday. It's kind of magical and unforgettable. 😊

Like, there are some areas of Skyrim where a lot of trees are great. Falkreath, Riverwood, areas around the Throat of the World, Riften, but around Whiterun I like less trees as that is an area where the pains work well, though I do like the mods that add birch trees to the interior of Whiterun.

Visit an ancient forest someday. It's a very different and unforgettable experience. There's not much of them left, and what little there is are always under threat from the greedy and myopic thinking Capitalists who care little for the natural world. Even here in California, the ancient redwood forests are less than 2% of what they used to be. But it's an amazing thing to behold! Standing in a forest filled with trees thousands of years old is amazing.😊

Rgr, could you record a video with vanilla amount of trees but with regular size? Just curious how it looks

I do prefer these trees to the humongous jurassic era trees that was shown in a previous video near Riverwood. I say stick with them!

i mean do you ever plan on releasing a modlist or wabbajack?

Do you plan to release your Wabbajack script with a release video of some sorts? Would be cool to see a highlight of your modded game in various enviorments, times of day, locations and weather aspects. Just a thought 🤔

how did you move trees in the previous video?

And how do I install all these mods? Constantly, then crashes, then textures disappear somewhere

I think it might be losing a bit of skyrims charm and colour palette

The cyan greens just look really wrong

@@RGR29 Ahora sí. Graficamente espectacular. Nada que decir de "revienta PC's Skyrim xD". Realmente pone de rodillas a la 4090 y al i9. Pero todos los personajes parecen estáticos, no se mueven, sueltos por el camino. Es muy raro. A ver que tal desempeña en el Capítulo 1 ;)

To be honest these trees are much too blue/cyan. I much preferred your video showing NAT.III ENB with NOTWL, that had a much better more natural looking palette . Not sure what ENB you’re using here but it’s sucked most of the colour depth out of everything, far too much magenta. Stick with NAT.III or Cabbage+NAT weathers. This list looks very, very far removed from your video of 8 months ago - Whiterun’s medieval dark walls and the brown housing walls are gone now

Wdym, the color pallet is pretty consistent, the NPCs don’t look like 14 year old anime girls and blend in with the world, the only thing that looks slightly out of place is his combat animations but that’s about it…

@@somebody8986Nah, the greens are all Cyan and almost blue. It‘s completely become unrealistic and looks like Pandora from Avatar. Skyrim had a beautiful colour palette that should never been strayed that far from. This has completely lost skyrims identity of what made it so good

It doesn't matter what you do when it comes to modding. There will always be those who don't like something with 0 knowledge they think that everything that they are seeing is permanent when the reality is that everything can be changed/replaced with just a few clicks. 🤦‍♂️

@matsta177 color grading has nothing to do with the mods that changes depending on the enb-reshade that you decided to use with the modlist.
